PawView is committed to providing a safe and healthy online environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) content and strictly comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Regulations from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Other applicable international and local laws
We strictly prohibit any activities related to child exploitation, abuse, or illegal child pornography and take effective measures to prevent, detect, and address such content.

This policy applies to all PawView users, including but not limited to:
- Individuals, businesses, and content creators using PawView
- All users publishing or sharing content on PawView
- Third-party partners associated with PawView
3. Prohibited Activities
We strictly prohibit the following activities and will take severe action against them:
- Creating, storing, sharing, or distributing CSAE content (including text, images, videos, etc.)
- Using the platform to lure, threaten, harass, or exploit minors
- Engaging in illegal child trafficking, pornography distribution, or solicitation on PawView
- Attempting to bypass our security measures to publish or distribute CSAE content
Any violations will result in permanent bans and may be reported to law enforcement agencies.
4. Prevention and Detection Measures
We implement the following measures to prevent CSAE content from appearing and spreading:
- Automated Detection: AI-based identification of potential CSAE content with automatic blocking or restriction.
- User Reporting System: Provides a reporting feature allowing users to report suspicious content or behavior.
- Content Moderation Team: A professional team monitoring and reviewing user-generated content 24/7.
- Safety Education: Regular updates to safety guidelines to help parents and minors recognize risks and take protective measures.
5. Reporting and Handling Process
If you find suspected CSAE content or behavior, please report it through the following channels:
- Reporting Portal: Use the in-app reporting button in PawView
- Customer Support: support@pawview.com
- Account-Message Function: Use the "Account-Message" feature within the app to report issues directly to our team.
Handling Process:
- Initial Assessment: Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
- Content Removal: If found illegal or violating, the content is immediately removed, and associated accounts are banned.
- Law Enforcement Notification: In cases of severe violations, we cooperate with law enforcement agencies (e.g., NCMEC, police).

PawView complies with all applicable laws and collaborates with global child protection organizations and law enforcement agencies to ensure child safety. We update our policies based on the latest regulations and provide necessary safety training and technological upgrades.
